1st Phase – Preparation
This is the phase when you come across your twin flame for the first time. You need to go through the feeling of karmic relationships during this stage. Karmic relationships can most easily be described as relationships where you loved so intensely, so emotionally involved, but then you broke off.
After such a relationship based on Karma, you will continue to search for The One anywhere near or inside yourself. Therefore, you may find a connection with your love in your imagination or fantasies. You may know how your Twin Flame looks, but you won’t know where they are, at least not yet. In other words, just a glance in your soul.
2nd Phase: The encounter
At last, you’ll encounter your twin flame’s physical form. Initially, you may be uncertain but you’re going to fall in love with them. And when you do, you’re going to reach perfection for a while. The first interaction is going to be strange, and might even be surprising. It could be in a situation where you least hoped to see your twin flame. However, you will feel something unique about this person and then your level of attraction will start to rise. You’re going to enter a relationship and it will be almost ideal. Throughout this time, your twin flame might surface all the lovely memories of your past, together with both of you.
3rd Phase: The Karmic Dance
The hardest step is this phase – The Karmic Dance. You’ve been in the relationship for a while now and the dissatisfaction is beginning to come to the surface. Processing becomes difficult and usually, you two should help each other in the process of cleanliness.
It’s going to help you achieve the peaks of spirituality. You feel enlightened and get a sense of what spirituality really looks like. During this process, however, there are some things that might happen. There will be plenty of disagreements as your partner’s and your self’s negativity shows up and disputes with one another.
You and your partner will see just each other’s negativity and you’ll end up blaming yourselves as a result. When the blame game starts, you will get frustrated. It will also bring a feeling of the highest level of uncertainty. This is, however, a spiritual misunderstanding -we cannot use logic to interpret it.
If this conflict reaches the apex, one twin flame will become the Runner, usually the Man. As a result, they ignore their partner and try to escape from the relationship. The Runner realizes they are losing all power and therefore the Runner’s defensive mechanism shows up. This could usually happen because they have witnessed trauma and violence in their past lives.
On the other side, a woman is usually the Chaser. The Chaser will stay devoted to the relationship and will try to get after the runner while being surprised by the running away of the partner.
So, there has to be a significant effort on the part of the Chaser. The outcome, when the Runner sees the Chaser’s actions, they’ll get a Soul Shock – a moment of spiritual enlightenment. In the end, the Runner returns, and Karma brings the peace back.
4th Phase – The Reunion
The separated soul has now returned and became One. In other words, they are being reunited. Firstly, the reunion with the soul will be physically fulfilled in the form of a divine marriage. This time the lovers are conscious of each other’s entire spiritual existence.
5th Phase – The Bliss
The final phase is a sacred place to be in because you are happy and in complete love. Your connection is on a record level and you can see the world with the colors of love all around you. Basically, you’re in love and fell everlasting joy – ready to take your twin flame on a journey.
