Listen when your heart speaks as you walk through a spiritual journey.
What does Spiritual Awareness mean? This question has a lot of answers that sound different, but are still connected by a similarity. It doesn’t matter which spiritual direction you have taken; you just need to use your time to get rid of the needles tradition and outdated beliefs in order to elevate your spirituality awareness. The true meaning will be found in an absolute distillation. You know everything, every one of you has the answers and yet the self-fragmentation creates obstacles to becoming fulfilled and whole. This fragmentation splits us from the spirit and brings spiritual questions of this kind:
- Who am I?
- Why do I feel like something in my life is incomplete?
- Is this everything?
- Is there anything better?
We can define the spiritual awakening journey as a process in which we start to discover and understand our own selves. In that way, we become whole and connect our spirit with our physical selves for a mutual purpose.
Being on the Spiritual Journey
The answers you are looking for are within you; whether you are at the beginning of your path or have been a conscious traveler on the journey of spiritual awareness. You may have been distracted by a process in your search for spiritual awareness, and probably did not give yourself time to become conscious. Eliminate all the barriers and limits and just let yourself be.
Spirit among us always yearns to be granted the chance to become a complete part of each one of us. Struggling is not needed, either physically or spiritually. It makes you confused and leaves you lonely. The intent you are searching for is there for you now; follow the many directions that will allow you to feel complete.
Becoming Whole
This process is simple, special to you, but some have gone through similar roads and may support you on your journey just as you can support them.
Often by engaging in a retreat in spiritual awareness, you can detach yourself from the ordinary, daily life, and devote the time to yourself with which you can really be peaceful.
You have the freedom to look at your directions in a still environment and maybe pay attention to the signposts to awareness developed by others. You can decide to take that path, listen to your own signals, or the ones from people that have been there before. In addition, this can help you find your truth, rather than keep struggling and constantly repeating the lessons.
Listen to Your Heart
Stop and stay calm! Hear your heart out, focus on the love you have for yourself, but also for the others, and stay truthful. Strip away the distraction of your mind and don’t pay attention to this or that choice. There is only one person that you should be listening to – and that is yourself. When you accept your spirit to be, you will understand the meaning of truth.
Meditation is a way to empower your spirit, so taking the time to meditate would be a great choice. Thoughts will occur, but remember not to give them any energy; you can just acknowledge them and put them away. When you sit, try to understand that you are not a simple being; but rather a spirit, mind, and physicality. Perceive your mind, detach, perceive your body, detach, and perceive your spirit, your nature, and your inner being. All of the answers are inside of you and they might not meet your expectations. Don’t pay attention to expectations and you will be filled with love by your spirit. That is a way of setting yourself free.
“How am I doing to do that? That is not easy”. I hear you saying this. But in reality, it is as simple as you are able to let it be and as difficult as your understanding of the known will make it.
Your mind and body are not going to instantly surrender to your spirit simply because you want to elevate your spiritual awareness. Many others have been on this path, but only some of them have seen the purity of the truth. Search for them anywhere you can and use their experience to help you guide your own journey.
Your mind is the only thing that keeps you away from fulfilling your truth and becoming whole. Remember that you are your own spirit.
